TwoCan Associates carry out R&D and provide training and support to help voluntary and statutory organisations involve people who use services in their work.

We offer a unique combination of skills and experience to help organisations develop a strategic approach to involvement and sustain partnerships that work. We carry out a wide range of R&D projects, usually working in partnership with people who use services, for example:

• developing organisational policy and involving people who use services in decision-making
• capturing and sharing learning from good practice in user involvement
• developing and implementing new policies on user involvement

We also provide the advice, training and practical support needed to ensure that involvement really makes a difference. We offer help with:

• Developing a strategic approach to involvement
• Identifying people who may wish to get involved
• Identifying and delivering training and support for staff and people who use services
• Evaluating the effectiveness of involvement
